Charles Carillo is the founder and managing partner of Harborside Partners. He has invested in over $10 million worth of real estate, in several states, and has extensive knowledge in renovating and repositioning multifamily and mixed-use commercial real estate. Prior to launching Harborside Partners, Charles founded an online payment processing company with partners and clients in 4 continents across the globe. Charles holds a BS from the Connecticut State University.

Rod Khleif is a passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2000 apartments and homes. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. Rod is the host of the number one real estate podcast on ITunes; “Lifetime Cash Flow through Real Estate Investing” and author of “How to Create Lifetime Cash Flow Through Multifamily Properties” considered to be an essential “textbook” for aspiring multifamily investors.

Robert Ritzenthaler CPA MBA

Acquisitions

Robert has been involved in completing over $200 million of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions. During that same time Robert was instrumental in building a commercial construction company and property management business. Previously, Robert spent time on Wall Street, helping raise capital and launch a $72 million technology hedge fund. He has guided equity partners on dozens of acquisitions and has been responsible for raising capital and completing due diligence.

Suraj Shrestha

Associate

Suraj Shrestha previously worked for Finder.com, an online shopping comparison platform, for over 500+ brands in 50+ categories, as an administrative assistant. There he worked with researchers to develop and implement online marketing strategies for search engine optimization and social media marketing. During his tenure, he initiated multiple marketing initiatives that directly increased business revenue and the company’s online presence.
