What is the timeline and process for the investment?

Once our team has the property under contract, we begin the due diligence period, which is 60 days. At the same time, we begin the equity raise process with investors. We send out the investment summary and perform an investor conference call. Interested investors will reserve a spot, review the PPM, complete the subscription agreement and wire the funds. The equity raise is normally completed 2-3 weeks before the conclusion of the due diligence period. After the due diligence period is complete, we close on the property and 60-90 days later, investors receive their first distribution.
